✓Account details such as name, email, phone number, and city.
✓Wallet recharge proof, transaction references, and support ticket history.
✓Shop registration details including business name, address, and verification records.
✓Draw participation, winner results, delivery status, and platform activity logs.

How we use your data

✓To verify wallet top-ups and activate shop accounts after admin review.
✓To run live draws, publish winner history, and manage delivery tracking.
✓To prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and suspicious recharge activity.
✓To improve platform security, support quality, and product experience.

Data sharing

✓Winner username, product, shop, and draw date may appear on the public winners wall.
✓Verified shop names and public shop pages may be visible to customers.
✓Payment verification may be reviewed internally by Super Admin and finance staff.
✓We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

✓You may request correction of incorrect account or business information.
✓You may contact support for account, wallet, or delivery-related concerns.

Account deletion

✓You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time.
✓Email support@merideal.pk with subject: Account Deletion Request.
✓Your profile, activity, wallet, and transaction data will be deleted within 7–14 business days.
✓Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes as required by law.
