You have the right to permanently delete your MeriDeal account and associated data. Submit a request and our team will process it within 7–14 business days.
We do not offer in-app deletion yet. Please contact our support team directly and we will handle your request promptly.

Provide your registered phone number or email so we can verify your account
Wait for confirmation
Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours
Processing complete
Account will be permanently deleted within 7–14 business days
Important
Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. Any unused wallet balance will be forfeited. Make sure you have resolved any pending deliveries or disputes before requesting deletion.
